Privacy policy
This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools and loads no content from third parties: fonts, images and scripts come from our own web server. We only process the data that is technically necessary when you visit the site, and messages you send us by email. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.

Hosting and server log files
The website and the email inbox are operated by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The hosting provider processes data on behalf of the controller (Art. 28 GDPR).
Each time you visit the site, your browser automatically sends data to the web server, which is stored in log files:
- IP address
- date and time of the request
- requested page or file, status code and amount of data transferred
- previously visited page (referrer)
- browser and operating system (user agent)
This data is necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its secure and stable operation, for example to fix errors and fend off attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in these purposes. The log files are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for these purposes. Without this data the website cannot be displayed.
Contact by email
If you send an email to info@sqritto.com, your email address, the content of your message and any other information you provide are processed to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in answering your request. Providing the data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without it. The data is deleted once your request has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Operating system detection
On the download page, a script reads information provided by your browser to highlight the package for your operating system. This happens exclusively in your browser; no data is transmitted or stored.
Links to GitHub and other websites
The download files and the source code of Sqritto are hosted on GitHub (GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Only when you click such a link does your browser connect to GitHub, which then receives, among other things, your IP address. GitHub is responsible for this processing; the GitHub General Privacy Statement applies. The same applies to other external links.
The Sqritto software
Sqritto runs locally on your computer. Your documents are not transmitted to us or to third parties, and the software contains no telemetry. Sqritto only connects to the internet when you use it to do so: when a document uses a package or template from Typst Universe, it is downloaded from the Typst package server (packages.typst.org), and when you sync a document with a Git server, Sqritto connects to the server you configured.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). An informal email to info@sqritto.com is sufficient.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg.
Right to object
Where data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).
